Mbappe
Kylian Mbappe has to wait even longer for his dream transfer. Real Madrid are withdrawing from poker and want to get it for free next year.
After Lionel Messi to PSG and Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé to Real Madrid was another mega-transfer of a superstar under discussion for weeks, but now the transfer posse should come to an end. According to information from the French TV broadcaster RMC Sport, Real Madrid have withdrawn from negotiations with PSG.
Accordingly, Real should only try to sign Mbappé in a year when the Frenchman is free. PSG, on the other hand, should strive to prevent this with a contract extension from Mbappé. Most recently it was in the room that Real had offered over 180 million francs for the 2014 world champion. Apparently too little to change the mind of the PSG bosses.
For Paris it's a game with fire. Real Madrid is Mbappe's dream destination. The striker will have it in his own hands next year and can switch for free. If he does that, the Sheikh Club will lose 180 million, which he transferred to Monaco with the purchase, which Real would now have bid. The club could use this money to look for a successor. Not least because of the financial fair play.
Mbappe shot Paris with a brace to beat Reims 2-0 on Sunday. He cheered exuberantly with his teammates, Neymar, Messi and Co. After saying goodbye, these scenes did not look like for the time being.
