Sky News reports.

Passengers are advised to limit travel as much as possible.

It also became known that a wave of protests on the railway and in the London Underground is planned for the whole next month.

” Network Rail hasn't improved its previous salary offer, and the rail companies haven't offered us anything new,” said RMT General Secretary Mick Lynch
