RF President Vladimir Putin paid a visit to Vietnam. There, the Russian dictator, in particular, tried to discuss expanding the range of Russian-made military and dual-use goods on the Vietnamese market.
This opinion was expressed by military-political observer Alexander Kovalenko on the Internet.
It is noted that at least 11 documents on cooperation in various fields were signed between Moscow and Hanoi, as well as a statement “On further deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership in the context of the 30th anniversary of the implementation of the Russian-Vietnamese Treaty on the basics of friendship.”
According to Kovalenko, the difference between Putin’s visit to Hanoi and his trip to the DPRK is the composition of the Russian delegation, which this time consisted of people responsible for the export policy of the Russian Federation in the military sphere (Dmitry Shugaev, Lev Mikheev).
“This may indicate intentions to discuss expanding the range of Russian-made military and dual-use goods on the Vietnamese market. But it is worth remembering that Vietnamese sanctions are not needed, so they will be extremely careful there” , – the message says.
Recall that the Russian dictator Putin, after a visit to Pyongyang and a meeting with his North Korean “colleague” Kim Jong-in arrived in Vietnam.
