~6 0~p>The main goal of the Russian dictator is to undermine democracy in the United States and other countries.

If the military campaign in Ukraine is successful, the Russian President Vladimir Putin will choose Georgia as his next target.

Former US Secretary of Defense and ex-CIA Director Leon Panetta stated this in an interview with the Voice of America.

“It is therefore absolutely important that the United States try to work with Georgia to ensure its security,” he said.

Leon Panetta added that, in addition Georgia, Putin may start aggression against NATO countries bordering Russia.

He emphasized that Putin's main goal is to undermine democracy in the United States, as well as to undermine democracy in other countries.

“It is clear that to protect our national security, we must ensure that Putin does not succeed in carrying out his intentions,” Panetta said.

Recall that Estonian intelligence believes that a Russian attack on NATO countries in the short term is “unlikely”, however, it is possible over the next decade.
