Russian media reports that the farewell ceremony for Gorbachev has already begun in the Column Hall of the House of Trade Unions in Moscow.

A meeting between Vladimir Putin and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who arrived at the farewell ceremony for Gorbachev, is not planned, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov in a comment to a propaganda RIA Novosti.
As previously reported, the Kremlin said that Russian dictator Vladimir Put Ying will not take part in the general farewell ceremony for Gorbachev due to a busy schedule. The speaker of the Russian dictator said that Putin went to Kaliningrad on September 1.
Recall that the first and only President of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev died on August 30, he was 91 years old.
