Russian dictator President Vladimir Putin recently visited Kazakhstan, where he met with the country's President Kassim-Jomart Tokayev. The Internet drew attention to the atypical gait and suggested that it was a double.
Political analyst Olga Kurnosova told Channel 24 about this in more detail.
