The Kremlin dictator voiced the threat after the then prime minister warned that a war would be a “total disaster” for the Kremlin; during the “very long” conversation in February 2022.

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that Vladimir Putin threatened to use missiles against his country ahead of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Since Ukraine is a place of opportunity, Boris Johnson decided to help her to strengthen the eastern flank from Russia.

Political scientist Mykola Davydyuk spoke about this in a commentary on Channel 24. According to him, Boris Johnson is a far-sighted politician, and therefore supports Ukraine so that there is no threat to Great Britain in 10-20 years.

Mykola Davidyuk is convinced that Putin could really threaten Boris Johnson from the ex-premier Great Britain should wait for some interesting news over time.

The political scientist is sure that assistance to Ukraine was based not only on fear of Russian missiles, but also on sincere love for Ukraine. According to Davidyuk, Boris Johnson understands that Ukraine is a place of power and all sorts of opportunities.

“His love was not only in the fear of getting missiles, his love for Ukraine was also in the essence of the very love for Ukraine, because he sees that this is a place of power. This is a place, on the one hand, of political opportunities, this is a place of military opportunities, well, this is the place where the fate of the world is decided,” he said.

According to the political scientist, Johnson deeply understood the situation in Ukraine and was afraid of the Russian threat after 10-20 years. Davidyuk also noted that the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the UK is based on the support of the Eastern European flank in order to counter the growing potential threat.

“I'm more than sure that Johnson sees that these are Russia's last convulsions, and here it is (should – ed.) to extinguish the military potential that was created in the Soviet Union and just destroy it, clean it up and bring it to zero threat,” Nikolai Davidyuk said.

According to the political scientist, if Russia really decided launch missiles at the UK, then the war against Ukraine might not have started, because then the British air defense system would have shot down these missiles in Europe, and the answer would have flown to Putin, destroying him. In this case, the UK would have won, preventing a war on its territory, and would have put an end to Putin and his regime.

Recall that the speaker of the Russian dictator Dmitry Peskov commented on the words of British ex-Prime Minister Boris Johnson that Putin threatened him with a missile attack. The Kremlin claims that this is not true, and they called Johnson's words a “lie”.
