Feigin claims that Putin has two young sons from Alina Kabaeva, and one of them may inherit the "throne".
Russian dictator Putin plans to transfer the “throne” to one of his young sons from his mistress Alina Kabaeva.
Russian human rights activist, blogger Mark Feigin stated this in a conversation with Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon.
Feigin recalled that Putin has two adult daughters from marriage with Lyudmila Putina (the divorce became known in 2013). According to the expert, Putin will certainly bring his daughters to power, but none of them will become the successor to the “throne”.
“Russia is a sexist country and the women's issue in power is not an easy one. Perhaps Putin will choose the path of being in power as much as possible – to the point of infirmity. Kabaeva's children. There are sons there. This is certain and has been confirmed by many. Two sons – Ivan and Vladimir, but they call other names,” Feigin claims.
According to human rights activists, Putin wants to wait until one of these sons comes of age. Feigin suggests that the boys are now about 9-10 years old.
The expert assures that the rumors that Kabaeva gave birth to two children from Putin in Switzerland are true.
“According to various rumors, he (Putin – ed.) is raising his son in a special way. His circle of nannies includes courtiers who should prepare him for great achievements. This information is confirmed from various sources. He is told that he must inherit his father's business and must be ideal. But this desire for ideality plays a cruel joke: it gives rise to complexes,” the human rights activist noted.
Expert suggests that Putin wants to remain in power until old age, until my son turns 20-21 years old.
“Putin sent a signal that the power will be dynastic. There will be no successor from outside. He cannot trust anyone. Second, in reality, power in the Russian Federation can only be taken by someone from the system, that is, an eminent FSB officer,” – the Russian oppositionist reflects.
Transfers of power to children in Russia have rarely been successful
Feigin noted that Russian history shows something else – transferring power to children has never been successful.
“I'm not even talking about the Soviet period of the twentieth century, this never happened. During the 300-year-old dynasty of the Romanovs, this happened with great difficulty. Regicide was common. Surely Putin understands these risks.
But, again, we must understand that this is just a plan that Putin keeps in his head. Whether he implements it or not is a question of the course of political processes, the war in Ukraine, the position of the West and many internal factors in Russia. The army, the FSB, the system – how will they react to this,” summed up Mark Feigin.
What is known about Putin’s premarital children
Note that the rumors about Putin’s premarital children have not been officially confirmed. According to the Daily Mail, the athlete gave birth to the dictator’s first child together in 2015, and then another in 2019. Other sources claim that in 2019, not just one Putin son was born, but twins.
Although ex-deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, businessman Ilya Ponomarev claimed that former Russian gymnast Alina Kabaeva is not the mistress or wife of dictator Putin, he is also not the father of her children.
