A popular blogger tried to explain why opinion leaders in Russia are most often silent.
Russian blogger and journalist Yuri Dud condemned the Kremlin's invasion of Ukraine and demanded an end to the bloodshed.
He wrote about this on his page in the social network.
In his post, a popular blogger tried to explain why opinion leaders in Russia are often silent and do not express their opinion in the direction of politicians and, in particular, Putin.
“Something unfair is happening in Russia – you want to speak out about it, but you are afraid because you live in a repressive state. Putin no longer needs people. This was clear and true, but now it has also rhymed with endless meetings at the kilometer table: even the closest associates, even in the midst of the most difficult war, do not approach the national leader and receive nuclear orders from the other end of the cabinet, ”wrote Yuri Dud.
He also added that the Kremlin authorities “sacralized Victory Day”, but for several days they have been twisting and sending under administrative arrest people who go to rallies with posters “No to war.”
“I don’t know if there are still people who have at least some influence on Putin, but, let’s say, there are. I don’t know how they fall asleep and wake up now and what they train between waking up and sleeping. But they all want to be reminded of one thing: human dignity now is not in the Crimean bridges and not in victories in the Champions League. The virtue is to tell your boss your position and explain to him what kind of disaster is happening right now. This war must be ended immediately, ”concluded Dud.
