In Dagestan, 11-grader Zukhra Albekova went to the microphone during the “last bell” ceremony at the school line and shouted “No to war! Freedom to Ukraine! Putin is the devil!”
A video of her speech appeared on the Web.
The incident occurred at school No. 11 in the city of Izberbash. The schoolgirl came out to the microphone, apparently to get her diploma. She shouted: “No to war! Freedom to Ukraine! Damn Putin!”
Some of those present began to applaud her.

Later, propaganda Telegram channels began to disseminate information that a report was issued on the schoolgirl about “discrediting the Russian army.” An administrative protocol was drawn up against the mother of the schoolgirl on failure to fulfill parental duties.
A video with apologies from the schoolgirl and her mother has already appeared in Dagestan public.
According to Kavkaz.Realii, both the mother and the girl was forced to publicly apologize by local officials. The head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov, personally called the mayor of Izberbash “with a demand to look into what happened.” The city administration declined to comment.
In a video of apology, the graduate stated that she regretted her act and “just wanted to draw attention to herself.”
Her mother added that she regretted daughter's “emotional rash” act. The woman assured that she fully supports Putin, and also advocates “an ongoing special operation on the territory of Ukraine.”
