Russian President Vladimir Putin is preparing an attack on Ukraine in the coming days. This was stated at a meeting of the UN Security Council by the head of the State Department, Anthony Blinken.
“Our information clearly shows that Russian forces on land and at sea are ready to attack,” Blinken says.
He noted that despite all the statements of Moscow, the West does not see the Russian Federation to begin the withdrawal of troops.
Instead, she prepared all her military forces, including aircraft and ships, to launch a new attack on Ukrainian territory.
