Putin was tried in absentia for war crimes of February 24, crimes of aggression and humanity. Through a symbolic tribunal, they wanted to support the idea of ​​holding a real trial.

Russia will not escape punishment

Russian criminals will definitely be in the dock at a special tribunal. In particular, adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mikhail Podolyak said that now there are already 70,000 criminal cases on specific episodes of war crimes, including against the civilian population.

Working groups are currently working on the creation of a special tribunal for Russia, in which representatives of 20 countries participate.
