According to sources, "the future results of the war should be regarded in society as a victory, although different social groups perceive it differently".
The Russian presidential administration has begun to form an “image of victory” in the war with Ukraine among officials from the regions, which they must convey citizens.
This was reported by Kommersant and The Moscow Times.
The topic of forming the “image of victory” in the war became one of the main topics at a seminar for vice-governors at the Senezh management workshop in the Moscow region.
As sources for Kommersant reported, the presidential administration “is proceeding from the fact that the end of the SVO (war – ed.) will happen and we need to be prepared for it.”
According to sources, “the future results of the war should be regarded in society as a victory, although different social groups perceive it differently.”
“It is already clear that they are not will suit the “angry patriots” and “liberals”. Therefore, the Kremlin proposes to rely on a “calm majority” that will be satisfied with the “denazification” and “demilitarization” of Ukraine designated by the Russian president, as well as the seizure of four Ukrainian regions,” the Moscow Times reported.
They added that the Presidential Administration believes that officials need to “preserve and expand” this majority.
Separately, the Kremlin instructed regional authorities to work with war veterans, in particular, to engage in their employment and rehabilitation. Otherwise, they may join protest movements or crime.
By the way, Samuel Ramani, an expert on US and Russian relations with the countries of the Middle East and South Asia, believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be able to end the war against Ukraine without serious consequences for his countries. Political extremists inside the Russian Federation can “tie his hands”.
