– Russian = barbarian. This is the stigma that Putin, with his war crimes and acts of state terrorism, placed on each of Russia's 144 million inhabitants. For bad, for good, for none – for everyone. After the barbaric attacks on our cities and the murder of 16 Ukrainian children, we have the right to say so,” the diplomat wrote on his page on the social network.
Kuleba called on all states and international organizations to cleanse the world of Putin by eradicating the influence of the Russian system on politics, diplomacy, business, sports, culture, science and other areas.
