According to the master of the Kremlin, Russia respected the borders of Ukraine as a neutral state.

The president of the aggressor state Vladimir Putin once again stated that Russia is ready for peace talks on Ukraine, named the condition for “good neighborliness” and spoke about “new borders”.

These statements were made by the Kremlin master during his speech at a meeting of the Valdai discussion club.

According to the Kremlin dictator, Russia is ready for peace talks, but not on the basis of Kiev's “wants”, but on the basis of “Istanbul” and “the realities of today”. Thus, Putin once again proposed that the Ukrainians agree to capitulation.

The Russian president claimed that Ukraine does not need a ceasefire “for half an hour or six months,” but conditions for a long-term settlement.

He also named Ukraine's neutral status as a condition for “good neighborliness” with the Russian Federation.

“If there is no neutrality, it is difficult to imagine any good neighborly relations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine,” Putin said.

According to the master of the Kremlin, Russia respected the borders of Ukraine as a neutral state.

At the same time, Putin brazenly claimed that he was striving for Ukraine “became an independent, sovereign state” and called the Russian and Ukrainian people “brotherly”, despite “today's tragic events”.

Recall that in the same speech, the president of the aggressor state Vladimir Putin cynically declared the “peace-loving” nature of the Russian government, which “has never been and is not the initiator of the use of force”. At the same time, he threatened to stop “those who are striving for world domination”.
