Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the agreements of the Russian side with Armenia and Azerbaijan on Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported on the Kremlin website.

It is noted that the heads of state discussed the implementation of the agreement in detail and in all aspects. In particular, the Russian leader told his Turkish counterpart about the activities of the Russian peacekeepers. In addition, the parties emphasized the priority of solving humanitarian problems, such as the return of refugees, restoration of infrastructure, as well as the preservation of religious and cultural sites.

In addition, Putin and Erdogan discussed the creation of a Center to control the ceasefire and all hostilities in the conflict zone.

On November 9, the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan adopted a joint statement suggesting the cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh from November 10. The parties to the conflict stop at their positions. Azerbaijan will gain control over the territories of Aghdam, Gazakh, Kelbajar and Lachin regions. The region will include Russian peacekeepers. The units will be deployed along the line of contact and the Lachin corridor, which connects Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia.
