During protests against partial mobilization in Russia on September 21, security forces detained 1,176 people in 38 cities.
This is the data on the detained protesters as of 21:42.
The number of detainees and lists with names were published by the Russian edition of OVD-Info.
“In each department the police may have more detainees than in the published lists. We publish only the names of those people whom we know for certain and whose names we can publish,” the publication said in a statement.
