Recently, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev had an official meeting with President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasim- Zhomart Tokayev.
It is noteworthy that during the bilateral meeting, each of the leaders spoke in their own language, and not in Russian.

As you can see in the video frames, when the official part of the talks began, the presidents of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan refused to speak Russian, which is common in their countries, and switched to their native language. Aliyev spoke Azerbaijani, Tokayev – Kazakh.
Recall that Putin, during a meeting with the President of Kazakhstan, again could not pronounce his name. The President of the neighboring country in the mouth of Putin became Kasimzhan Kemelevich. Subsequently, the President of Kazakhstan correctly called his Russian colleague “dear Vladimir Vladimirovich” and said that he was glad to see him in full health.
