Croatian President Zoran Milanovic, known for his pro-Russian views, again noted scandalous statement. Milanovic said that Crimea “will never return under the control of Ukraine”.

He compared the illegal annexation of Crimea with the declaration of independence of Kosovo.
“We annexed Kosovo. We and the international community. It was taken away in Serbia. Who did it if not us? We recognized Kosovo? This is not an annexation, but a usurpation. What is it called? Ukrainian. This is what the leading German generals say,” the President of Croatia said.
He urged not to compare Serbia and Russia. According to Milanovic, “Russia is a dangerous country” and “no one understands this.”
“You are comparing the Serbs with the nuclear superpower of the world. Crazy emotions and hatred put Europe in great danger,” the Croatian leader said.< /p>
Milanovic also believes that “Ukrainians pathologically hate Russians”, arguing that “the Croats did not hate the Serbs so much”.

“It was a bad decision by Russia, because they thought that power (in Ukraine – Ed.) would fall. We are getting deeper and deeper into conflict with a superpower.
