Pro-Palestinian protesters disrupt New York's Thanksgiving Day parade

by alex

In New York, a group of pro-Palestinian protesters tried to disrupt the traditional Thanksgiving Day parade.

A group of protesters in New York took to the parade route in downtown Manhattan and unfurled a banner reading “Liberation for Palestine and the Planet.” They called for an end to the use of fossil fuels while supporting Palestinians in Gaza.

Fox News reports this.

Some activists wore T-shirts with the words “Free Palestine” written on them, while others wore white jumpsuits covered in red paint. They lay down right on the ground in the middle of the street where the festive procession was moving.

Other protesters lined the street, shouting anti-colonial slogans, singing songs and calling for an end to fossil fuel use and support for Palestinians in Gaza.

In the end, the police detained the offenders, and the parade procession continued.

Let us recall that earlier in Los Angeles, a pro-Palestinian demonstrator beat an elderly Jew to death at a pro-Israeli rally.
