In Britain, a pro-Palestinian group of activists entered the territory of a Royal Air Force base in central England and damaged two military aircraft, the country's Ministry of Defense called it an act of vandalism.

Sky News reports this.

The Palestine Action group posted a message on the social network X that two of its activists had stormed the Brize Norton Air Force base in Oxfordshire.

“Flights depart daily from this base to RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus. From Cyprus, British planes gather intelligence, refuel fighters and transport weapons for the genocide in Gaza,” the statement said.

A video circulating online shows a man approaching the plane on a scooter to music before starting to spray paint.

The activists said they “used recycled fire extinguishers to spray red paint on the turbine engines of two Airbus Voyager aircraft and used crowbars to cause further damage.” They also sprayed paint on the runway and left a Palestinian flag at the scene.

The UK Ministry of Defence condemned the incident. “We strongly condemn this act of vandalism against RAF property. We are working closely with the police as they investigate,” the statement said.
