Prince Harry said in an interview that his father stopped talking to him
Prince of Wales Charles stopped talking with his son, the Duke of Sussex Harry, after learning of his decision with his wife Meghan Markle to renounce the status of senior members of the royal family, said Prince Harry in an interview with CBS.
Harry said that he had three conversations with his grandmother and two with his father before he stopped answering calls and asked to write down the essence of his decision. Answering the question of TV presenter Oprah Winfrey about the reasons for this behavior of Prince Charles, Prince Harry replied that “by this moment he took matters into his own hands.” The prince also said that he “needed to do this for his family.”
Prince Harry also explained that the decision to relinquish the status of senior members of the royal family was made due to a lack of understanding and support from other family members.
Earlier it was reported that Prince Harry gave an interview to his friend James Corden as part of the project The Late Late Show. Harry and James rode around Los Angeles on a tour bus and talked about the prince's personal life.
