American Virginia Roberts-Giuffre, who accused Prince Andrew of rape, demanded proof that he could not sweat. Reported by CNN.
In particular, her lawyers demand to provide medical documents that would confirm the inability of the son of Elizabeth II to sweat.
Earlier, Giuffre said that the American financier Jeffrey Epstein forced her to have sex with Prince Andrew three times. According to her, these incidents took place between 2001, when she was 17, and 2002. In her statements, Giuffre noted that Prince Andrew was “sweating” when they spent time together. Prince Andrew himself claims that this is impossible, since he has a disease due to which he is physically unable to sweat.
On December 16, British Prince Andrew asked a US court to dismiss a civil suit from Virginia Roberts-Giuffre, who accuses him of rape at one of Epstein's parties. The statute of limitations for the crime had long expired, but the lawsuit was passed thanks to the New York Child Abuse Act, which allowed perpetrators of sexual abuse against minors to be brought to justice regardless of when the crime was committed.
