Prime Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina tests positive for coronavirus
Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zoran Tegeltia received a positive test result for COVID-19, RIA Novosti reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers said that Tegeltia is at home in isolation. The prime minister is showing mild symptoms of the disease, and his state of health is stable.
It is noted that on the eve of Bosnia, another daily mortality record was set for all the Western Balkans. 49 people became victims of COVID-19, 1,457 patients have died since the beginning of the pandemic. During the day, 1,921 new cases of the disease were recorded in the country, more than 59 thousand people were infected with the coronavirus.
According to the World Health Organization, since the beginning of the pandemic, over 48.5 million cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the world, and 1,231,017 people have died.
In the Russian Federation over the past day, more than 20 thousand new cases were again identified. In total, over 1.7 million Russians have been infected with the coronavirus, of which more than 30 thousand have died.
