The expert calls the conclusions of the Investigative Committee “filkin's letter.”
Evgeny Prigozhin, Dmitry Utkin and Valery Chekalov may be alive. This is an unprecedented moment – three leaders of the Wagner PMC were on board at the same time at the time of the air crash. And this violates the protocol and increases the risk of their physical liquidation.
Military expert Dmitry Snegirev stated this in an exclusive commentary to TSN.ua.
Cover operation: why PIK leaders may be alive
“In my opinion, now there is no reason to talk about the death of Prigozhin and Utkin. Moreover, in my opinion, the Russian special services are conducting a so-called cover operation. That is, the withdrawal of Prigozhin, Utkin and Chekalov, the heads of the security service of the Wagner PMC, into the information shadow,” says the expert.
The point is that the data on the possible deaths of Utkin, Prigozhin and Chekalov are based solely on the report of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, which was published on August 27. It says that genetic molecular testing was carried out, which confirmed that the remains of the bodies belonged to “persons declared on the flight list.” It is not said that 100% of them belong directly to Yevgeny Prigozhin or Dmitry Utkin,” he noted.
Prigozhin, Utkin and their doubles
“This is a very important point, because, in my opinion, so-called doubles were recorded on the flight list. There is already official information about the presence of doubles not only of Prigozhin, but also of the real head of the Wagner PMC, Dmitry Utkin,” said Snegirev.
According to him, another rather revealing point – the statement of the Investigative Committee is dated 27. Prigozhin has been proven de facto and de jure, and expresses its condolences to the families of the victims.”
“By and large, the conclusions of the Investigative Committee are a “filkin’s letter”, a legally void document. After the statement of the Russian dictator, there simply could not have been any other results,” the expert commented.
“In my opinion, only persons not directly related to Dmitry Utkin and the nominal leader of Prigozhin’s PIK. We are talking about doubles,” he added.
“Utkin had at least two official doubles, a similar situation with Prigozhin, who had three official doubles, whose names are known to the general public” “, – noted Snegirev.
An unprecedented moment
“And the main thing is that at the time of the air crash there were three PMC leaders on board at the same time. This is an unprecedented moment because security protocol has been broken. Several leaders cannot be on board one vehicle, because this increases the risk of their physical liquidation,” the military expert concluded.
