Roman Kostenko, People's Deputy and Secretary of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, told Channel 24 about this. According to him, it would be much better if the installations got into the Ukrainian military right now.
This could change positions at the front: defenders would be much more effective in holding back the enemy in one of the directions or in general would turn the tide of the war. Germany has a strange position on the supply of weapons to Ukraine

Ramstein-3: how many weapons will they really give us
