The President of Abkhazia Aslan Bzhania fell ill with coronavirus, he is being treated on an outpatient basis. This was reported by his press service.

“The disease is mild. Aslan Bzhania feels well and is undergoing treatment on an outpatient basis. In accordance with sanitary instructions, the head of state went into self-isolation and will continue to perform his duties remotely, ”the statement says.

The President is in Abkhazia, at his official residence in Sukhum.
