Typhoon Gaemi has left at least 30 people dead and more than 30 missing in China, news.
CNN reports this, citing the state news agency Xinhua.
On Thursday, rescuers reached eight cities that were cut off from the outside world last Sunday due to destroyed infrastructure and power grids.
Rescue operations are still ongoing.
