Powerful explosions were heard in Taganrog.

In Taganrog Loud explosions occurred in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation on the afternoon of December 16.

As local publics write, after the explosion, three helicopters were lifted into the air.

“At approximately 12.30 there was a loud bang in Severny. And then three helicopters flew off,” say the locals.
