In the south Poland< /strong>, in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, a powerful explosion was heard at the Mesko weapons and ammunition factory – a 59-year-old employee was killed.

According to media reports, an explosion occurred in the center of the rocket fuel, followed by a fire. According to preliminary data, in addition to the victim, one more person was injured.
“We had an explosion in the rocket fuel center, which was put into operation several years ago,” plant manager Elzbieta Szreniawska confirmed in an interview with RMF FM.
Before the explosion, there were three people inside the center. One person got out of the room on his own, the other two had to be helped. One of the workers could not be saved. The fire that arose after the explosion has already been extinguished.
A special group was created to investigate the causes of the tragedy at the plant.
Recall that after a skirmish on the Belarusian border, a Polish soldier died.
