After Kim Jong-un was elected general secretary at the 8th Congress of the Korean Workers' Party (WPK) in Pyongyang, unlimited power was concentrated in his hands. This was stated in an interview with TASS by South Korean political scientist, employee of the Fund for the Future of the Korean Peninsula Meng Chu Sok.
