According to Sikorsky, Putin could not have waged a war against Ukraine without China's help.
Putin could not have waged a war against Ukraine without military-industrial complex components from China, so Beijing is obliged to influence the Kremlin to stop the aggression.
This was stated by Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski in an interview with The Washington Post.
“Putin would not have been able to wage this war without components and materials from China. So China could have stopped this war. And it should do it,” the Polish Foreign Minister is convinced.
Sikorski also commented on the thesis that the West is allegedly tired of Ukraine.
“What are we tired of? It is the Ukrainians who are tired. We must stay the course, because if Putin loses, international law will be restored, and Russia will then reform…
The casualties are horrific. Putin would like Ukraine to capitulate and there would be peace on his terms, in other words, for Ukraine to be conquered, Russified. We believe that it is not Putin who decides who is a real nation and who is not, and where international borders should be,” the minister says.
According to Sikorski, if Putin is not stopped and allowed to conquer Ukraine, he will approach the Polish border, and it will be even more dangerous and difficult to stop him.
Earlier, The Economist made an analysis of what Ukraine and the West need to do to win the war.
