Russian Mark Petrovsky received ten million rubles for winning the world boxing championship. TASS reports.
The certificate for the due amount was presented to the athlete by the President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Umar Kremlev. It is noted that the coaching staff of Petrovsky will receive 6.5 million.
Petrovsky became the world boxing champion in the weight category over 92 kilograms on November 6. In the decisive battle, the Russian athlete turned out to be stronger than the Armenian Davit Chaloyan.
Petrovsky is a master of sports in boxing and a multiple winner of all-Russian competitions. On his account – a victory at the Russian Championship in 2021 and a silver medal in the team Cup of the country. The boxer is a student at the Kikot Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and a junior police lieutenant.
