Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, called the Russian army barbarians who do not know how to fight, but who know how to kill civilians.
He wrote about this on his Twitter account, commenting on the destruction inflicted on the infrastructure of Ukrainian cities by the shelling of Putin's troops.
Podolyak noted that Russian troops have already damaged or destroyed 202 schools in Ukraine, as well as 34 hospitals and more than 1,500 residential buildings, including apartment buildings.
According to the adviser to the head of the OPU, now more than 900 Ukrainian settlements are without electricity, water and heat.
– Barbarians of the 21st century… The Russian army does not know how to fight against other armies. But he knows how to kill civilians very well,” Podolyak said.

In connection with the shelling, Kyiv is calling on the West to close the sky over Ukraine so that Russian missiles do not kill Ukrainians. Today, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky again made a statement on this matter. He calls to establish a no-fly zone over our state, or to provide Ukraine with combat aircraft and air defense equipment.
