Two-time Olympic champion, coach Evgeni Plushenko complained about the refereeing after Alexandra Trusova's defeat to Eteri Tutberidze's students in the short program of the Russian Figure Skating Championship. His words are quoted by “Sport-Express”.
Plushenko considered that the judges did not see mistakes from the students of Tutberidze Kamila Valieva and Daria Usacheva. He added that he had already talked with the judiciary, but they called their assessments justified. “The judges are charged in a special way, with some kind of energy messages. Good charging is in progress. For retirement. As far as I know, there are many pensioners sitting behind them, ”the coach summed up.
