Two-time Olympic figure skating champion Evgeni Plushenko spoke about his relationship with coach Eteri Tutberidze. His words are quoted by TASS.
He declared a positive attitude towards Tutberidze, despite the competition among their wards. “When you take off your skates, you can be friends – this is my position. I am not at war with anyone, the rest is the result of the buildup in the press, ”the expert added. Plushenko considered that before the Olympics, Russian figure skaters and coaches need to feel the team spirit.
