Before Bayern's Champions League guest appearance at Benfica Lisbon, coach Julian Nagelsmann tested positive for Corona. Are there any further cases?
Already on Wednesday afternoon it became known that the 34-year-old coach shooting star was not feeling well. Nagelsmann stayed in the team hotel, did not go to the stadium with the team. First, the Munich reported a “flu-like infection” with the coach.

The coach was brought to Munich with an ambulance pilot on Thursday evening and now has to go into domestic isolation. After he had symptoms, Nagelsmann will have to be quarantined for two weeks. The Bundesliga duel with Hoffenheim on Saturday – ÖFB legionnaire Christoph Baumgartner also tested positive – the coach missed in any case.
After the trainer's positive test, Bayern are afraid of further corona cases. Because five players in the squad of the German record champions should be unvaccinated, at least reports the “Bild”.
