The Bratislava City Court sentenced the pseudo-doctor to three years in prison.
A plastic surgeon in Slovakia performed breast surgeries without anesthesia. He also took pictures of patients in the operating room and shared them on social media.
As reported by iDnes, a court in Bratislava sentenced this man, who operated on women without a license.
One of the fake plastic surgeon's patients said the operation lasted five hours.
“I was screaming in pain because I felt everything. I was literally being cut alive,” she said.
Another patient underwent surgery that lasted seven hours. After the procedure, he sent her to a hotel, where the woman had to call an ambulance twice. The woman paid 4,500 euros for the breast implant surgery.
The court found that the pseudo-doctor caused significant complications and even harm to the health of several patients when he performed several unprofessional procedures at a Bratislava clinic. The fake surgeon worked without general anesthesia and the appropriate permission.
The Bratislava City Court sentenced him to three years in prison. The verdict is not final because both the accused and the prosecutor filed appeals.
