A plane carrying 11 parachutists has crashed in Russia.
In Smolensk, Transbaikal, Russian Federation, an An-2 plane crashed with passengers on board. Currently, 9 people are in hospital, 3 of them are in serious condition.
This was reported by Russian media.
“Everyone is alive, it didn't explode,” they write in the local chat.
According to the Russian Ministry of Health, 9 people were injured, 6 of whom are in moderate condition.
Rescuers are working at the scene. The remaining parts are being installed.
Earlier, a Tu-22M3 strategic bomber crashed in the Irkutsk region of Russia.
“The accident has been reclassified as an air crash. The area was de-energized as a result of the crash. There were no weapons on board,” Fighterbomber said in a statement.
The reasons for the fall are unknown.
