Seitaro Kimura, producer of the PES game series, said that his team is right now creating a “photorealistic football simulator” in the face of PES 2022. And in his statement, he focused on the version for the PlayStation 5, writes Wccftech.
However, he also called the Japanese console's “incredible” performance.
According to Kimura, his concept of photorealistic graphics includes not only believable 3D models, but also lighting, “the atmosphere of the stadium, the enthusiasm of the fans,” the detail of the players' muscles and even their sweat.
At the moment, there is no exact information when PES 2022 will go on sale. But the project should be the first representative of the series in a new game generation.
