A man named Gary Michael (Gary Micheal) went to the doctors for an illness unrelated to COVID-19, but the test results for infection were positive. According to the American, this happened after he received the second dose of the vaccine.
KPC Health spokesman Dr. Tirso del Junco Jr. told CBS that the news of the infection of an already vaccinated person did not surprise him.
“I think I’ve heard about six or seven cases [of infection among the vaccinated] in the last three weeks, and I think we will continue to see similar cases more and more,” he said.
On January 31, it was reported that Rep. Stephen Lynch, Democrat from Massachusetts, contracted the coronavirus after being vaccinated with Pfizer / BioNTech. He had no symptoms of the disease.
