According to the athlete, from the age of 15 he lived in Omsk, and his character was tempered on the street. The Russian added that he gained invaluable experience in fights, which cannot be acquired anywhere else.
Yang noted that he had a lot of street fights. Their number can be compared to the number of his fights at the amateur and professional level.
On July 12, Yang won the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bantamweight belt by beating Brazilian Jose Alda by knockout. The Russian has 15 victories and one defeat in MMA. At the same time, 27-year-old Yang does not lose in the UFC, showing a streak of seven victories in a row.
