Personnel changes in the Russian leadership signal the intention of Kremlin head Vladimir Putin to tighten the fight with Ukraine and the West, rather than readiness for peace negotiations.

Recall that the day before Putin appointed the new Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Andrei Belousov< /strong>, and transferred the former minister Sergei Shoigu to the post of Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, from which he fired his close ally Nikolai Patrushev.

But they add that personnel changes in the Kremlin do not change the tasks of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
