The deceased was returning home from vacation.
On a plane flying to the UK, a man’s body was found in the toilet. The passengers were shocked and cried, and the pilot made an emergency landing.
The Daily Mail writes about this.
Passengers on a Jet2 flight from Tenerife to Manchester warned the crew that the toilet on board the plane had not been working for a long time. They didn't expect to find a human corpse inside. The shocking discovery forced the pilots to make an emergency landing in Ireland.
“Unfortunately, we can confirm that the client died despite the best efforts of our highly trained crew who attempted to resuscitate him. They spent 40 minutes compressing the man's chest but were unable to prevent his death.” – the airline said in a message.
It was a shock to the other people on the plane. Passengers on board were “crying and in shock.” The wife of the man who first alerted the crew to a toilet that had been occupied for too long believes the cabin should have been inspected sooner.
“Perhaps this would have helped prevent the tragedy,” the message says.
Recall that in the Russian Ulan-Ude, an Aerostar plane caught fire during takeoff. Eyewitnesses filmed an aircraft in the sky engulfed in fire.
