Drugs were found in the parents.
In Polish Chnashov, a 2-year-old boy walked on the windowsill of an apartment building on Christmas Eve. The boy's mother and father were under the influence of drugs. They were detained, and they spent Christmas in custody, not in the family circle.
This is reported by rmf24.pl.
On the eve of December 25, the police received a notification that a two-year-old child walked along the windowsill. When the patrol arrived at the scene, firefighters were already there, who reported that the child was safe, and the adults closed the window.
The 23-year-old mother denied the incident. The woman's 30-year-old man, who was very nervous and constantly trying to distract the cops from the kitchen, joined the conversation.
In the end, the police found marijuana, amphetamines and counterfeit money on the kitchen table. After testing the couple for drugs, it turned out that the parents were caring for a minor child while under the influence of drugs.
They were informed of suspicion. For possession of drugs they face up to 3 years in prison, for counterfeiting a much more severe punishment: from 5 to 25 years in prison.
Parents will also be responsible for providing a minor child with an immediate danger to life or health, for that the Criminal Code provides for up to 5 years in prison.
Recall that in Warsaw a 26-year-old woman in late pregnancy lived with her partner in a concrete shed. When she was found by city guards, the pregnant woman was lying under old blankets. She was hospitalized.
