Soon the mayor of the city, Sergei Kravchuk, responded to the incident. He stated that the physical education instructor found samples of certificates on the Internet and printed them out on a printer, and the head of the preschool institution stamped the institution, regardless of what was depicted there.
” Children unwittingly became objects of information pressure. This is unacceptable for the education sector! I apologize to the pupils of kindergarten No. 122 and their parents. New certificates have been issued. Understanding their responsibility for the incident, the head of the kindergarten and the instructor wrote a statement on the case,” he noted.
Kravchuk also decided to hold additional events “on the tasks of patriotic education with the teams of all preschool educational institutions of the city.”
