This is super news. We have something to be proud of. In digital technology, we have overtaken 160 companies from 18 countries. Including left behind the largest international giants in this area, including the Central Bank of Singapore, Adobe (USA), DHL (Germany), companies representing the banking sector, retail, energy and other high-tech sectors of the economy.
The digital ecosystem of the corporate portal DOM.RF turned out to be the best of the best and received the highest award of the Step Two Intranet and Digital Workplace Awards 2021, which evaluates outstanding solutions among intranets and ecosystems for employees. The DOM.RF project won the Digital Workplace & Digital Employee Experience nomination. In the digital world, this award is called the World Intranet Oscar.
The victory of Russian programmers is the result of many serious efforts, their own creative thought and analysis of the latest world developments.
“… We have created a unified ecosystem based on our own developments and artificial intelligence, which simplifies communication between employees and allows us to effectively build work processes,” explained Alexey Perventsev, HR and Operational Efficiency Director at DOM.RF.
Voice assistants for collecting recommendations, a chatbot for adaptation of new employees, as well as a whole range of interactive analytical reports – a tool for company management – have been successfully introduced into the digital ecosystem of services of the DOM.RF corporate portal. Many of the services being introduced also allow you to save your own resources by optimizing and reducing the labor intensity of processes, refusing to rent unnecessary premises.
According to Anton Muzhelsky, Intranet Leader and Head of User Services, “a company cannot be efficient without being technological – the efficiency of employees and all business processes depends on it”.
It is thanks to the incredible technological achievements that DOM.RF was able to transfer up to 90% of its employees to remote work without difficulty and losses in the pandemic, which is an exceptional indicator both among government and commercial structures.
James Robertson, the founder of the Intranet & Digital Workplace Awards and the founder of the Step Two media holding, commented on the event: “We have been observing the development of the world's best practices in creating corporate portals for employees for over 20 years. It is worth noting the growing strength of Russia in the global intranet arena. The DOM.RF intranet has an outstanding design, and also demonstrates an unrivaled level of integration between systems in order to achieve maximum digital comfort for employees. “
Incidentally, this is not the first time in the 15 years of the award's existence that Russia is ahead of the rest in the field of the latest technologies. In previous years, the winners were the global Russian companies MVideo, Rambler Group, NLMK Group, Domodedovo Airport.
