More than 32,000 people protested against covid restrictions in France

More than 32 thousand people came out to protest against covid restrictions in France. This was reported by the BFMTV channel with reference to Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin.
According to him, the police detained 54 protesters. The security forces had to repeatedly use tear gas.
Despite the prohibition of the Paris authorities to hold the action, part of the convoy called the “Convoy of Freedom” entered the Champs-Elysées.
Earlier in the Canadian city of Winnipeg, four people were injured as a result of a car hitting protesters against coronavirus restrictions. According to eyewitnesses, the Patriot jeep drove into the crowd, knocked down four people, and then fled the scene at high speed.
On February 1, it was reported that protesters who staged a rally in Prague against coronavirus restrictions brought seven gallows to the building of the lower house of parliament. According to the demonstrators, they symbolize the suffocating effect of restrictive measures on ordinary Czech citizens and local entrepreneurs.
