What's wrong with the UN statement about the strike on Chaplin
Humanitarian coordinator Denise Brown commented on the tragic shelling of Chaplin. In her statement, Brown stressed that “all parties” must adhere to their obligations to ensure that residents are protected.
All parties, without exception, must adhere to their obligations under international humanitarian law in good faith and ensure that citizens are protected, their homes remain intact, and essential services continue, Brown said.

- On the Independence Day of Ukraine, the Russian military attacked Chaplino twice in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Unfortunately, the 11-year-old boy died.
- During the second attack, the infidels hit passenger cars at the Chaplino station. President Volodymyr Zelensky was the first to report the terrorist attack by Russia during a meeting of the UN Security Council. As a result of the shelling of Chaplin , 25 people were killed . The victim of the attack was a 6-year-old boy who was in the car.
- Three children are in critical condition after the rocket attack. The invaders hit Chaplin with Tornadoes, S-300s and Iskanders.
How international organizations play along with Russia
