Orban spoke about the common border with Russia: “This is a matter of our national security”

The politician, obviously, really doesn’t want to run into such a "friendly" RF.

An important issue of national security for Hungary is the lack of a common border with the Russian Federation. The thing is, there are bad memories about it.

This opinion was expressed by Prime Minister Viktor Orban at the Visegrad Four summit, writes Telex.

The leaders of the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary spoke, in particular about the war in Ukraine. True, the atmosphere was tense due to international law, and our state should be helped.

At the same time, Orban said that neither Ukraine nor Russia would be able to win the war. According to Orbán, the conflict can only be resolved at the negotiating table, which must begin as soon as possible in order to save more lives.

The Hungarian leader refused to talk about war criminals (in particular, Putin), saying that it would be better to deal with this after the war.

Recall that Orban refused to honor the memory of Navalny.
